Delivery that fits your address
Order online for scheduled personal delivery, North Island courier services or Tuakau collection. Check the service available for your address and its order deadline before ordering.
Auckland and local Waikato routes: eligible Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Kauwhata, Ngaruawahia and Waiuku-town orders receive free personal delivery at $150 or more after discounts. Below that, delivery is $6.95. Morrinsville, Te Aroha and outer Waiuku towards Pollok have a compulsory $6.95 charge. Address boundaries apply.
Long-distance North and South runs: delivery to the places on these routes is $19.50 per order. Use the published dates and order deadlines rather than assuming every trip follows the same interval.
Frozen-food courier: North Island courier rates start at $25 for up to 20kg of food. Rural deliveries are offered with additional delay and thawing risks; optional RPFE delivery cover is not available for rural addresses. See the full delivery information before choosing that service.
Order before your cutoff: local and courier orders close Saturday at 11pm before delivery week. The long-distance runs have their own earlier, published Saturday deadlines. Online ordering is available any time, but a late order is not guaranteed for the next run.
Collect from our Tuakau shop
Online-order collection is from 20B Liverpool Street, Tuakau 2121, on Wednesdays after 1pm once your order is confirmed ready. Confirm your collection time before travelling. This collection arrangement is separate from general shop opening hours.

Testimonials
Lukas, Becks and the team at Natural Raw Pet Food Express know how to get business right. Their number one priority is the health and wellbeing of your dog, closely followed by providing amazing customer service to dog owners. I have been purchasing food from here for over three months now, and I have been nothing but blown away with the service and the products they supply.
As a growing kiwi business Lukas and Becks work hard to make sure they provide the best food and treats for your pets. They are readily available to provide support and information and to answer all questions. They go out of their way to make sure you are catered for and nothing is ever a problem.
They show true care and compassion for your animal and know them by name. I know my Fred is excited to see the truck arrive once a fortnight, not only for the food and treats on board but for the friendly pats and affection that come with the delivery.
If you are looking to support a kiwi business, with high quality products and the best customer service out there - don't go anywhere else!
Amazing service, Becks was so friendly and accommodating at every step of the transaction. Our puppy loves his treats and raw meats and can’t wait to try more of what they have to offer here!
