Plan your Raw Pet Food Express order using the delivery dates and order deadlines below. For prices, area eligibility, rural courier information and collection details, see our Delivery information.
All order deadlines close at 11pm, New Zealand time. Late orders are not guaranteed a place on the next run. Use the listed order-by date rather than calculating it from a repeating calendar event.
Dates are planned, not fixed appointments. A personal-delivery run may sometimes move a couple of days earlier or later when circumstances change. Check the delivery text we send before the run for the updated day.

Personal delivery on the North and South runs is available only to the places we visit. Contact us to confirm your address before ordering if it is not clear which service covers it.
These directions generally run on a six-week cycle, with some longer gaps for holiday arrangements and route spacing. The individual dates above take priority over the usual pattern.
Regular local delivery pattern
Local and courier order cutoff: Saturday at 11pm before the delivery week. This applies to Auckland, Hamilton-area, Waiuku, Morrinsville, Te Aroha and courier orders. The Hamilton area includes Cambridge, Te Kauwhata and Ngaruawahia.

Your delivery text confirms the day for your order. If you need the next local date before ordering, contact us with your full address. Public holidays and route changes may affect the normal pattern.
Courier dispatch and Tuakau collection
Courier dispatch: Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We try to avoid Thursday dispatch and do not dispatch on Fridays, allowing extra time for delivery before the weekend. Dispatch is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Frozen-food courier: North Island service, including rural addresses subject to the risks explained on our Delivery information page. Optional RPFE delivery cover is not available for rural addresses.
Collection: Wednesdays after 1pm from 20B Liverpool Street, Tuakau 2121, once your order is confirmed ready. Confirm your collection time before travelling. Royal Oak pickup is discontinued.
North and South route areas
The towns below identify our listed route areas, not a promise to reach every surrounding property. Confirm your address and any arranged stop before ordering.
North run towns
Warkworth, Wellsford, Mangawhai, Whangarei, Kawakawa, Kerikeri, Kaikohe and Brynderwyn.
South run towns
Marton, Feilding, Palmerston North, Woodville, Hastings, Napier, Taihape, Ohakune, Taumarunui, Taupo, Te Awamutu, Morrinsville, Matamata, Tirau, Rotorua, Kawerau, Whakatane, Ohope, Papamoa, Tauranga, Katikati, Waihi and Paeroa.
Some towns are served on more than one route. Morrinsville and Te Aroha have separate local pricing and the local order deadline; check the service selected for your address. See delivery prices and eligibility rather than assuming every town has the same charge.
