When selecting the courier delivery option, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Insurance Option for Courier Deliveries
- For an additional $5, you may purchase courier insurance at checkout. This insurance provides:
- One-time full replacement delivery or full refund in the event your parcel is:
- Lost
- Delayed for more than 48 hours from the time of collection at our depot
- Delivered in a significantly thawed or damaged condition
- One-time full replacement delivery or full refund in the event your parcel is:
- Insurance is available only for:
- Non-rural, North Island deliveries of perishable goods.
- Insurance does not apply to:
- Rural addresses
- Inter-island deliveries
- International deliveries
2. Customer Responsibility Without Insurance
- If you choose not to purchase the $5 courier insurance, you:
- Accept full responsibility for any loss of your parcel during delivery.
- Acknowledge that Raw Pet Food Express will assist in tracking and locating your parcel but will not provide refunds, replacements, or cover any associated costs.
- Understand that all risk transfers to you once the parcel leaves our premises.
3. Delivery Information and Conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and any special instructions.
- Raw Pet Food Express is not liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Delays or errors by the courier service
- Parcels left unattended at a designated area upon request
4. Tracking and Support
- Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- While Raw Pet Food Express will assist in tracking parcels, we rely on third-party courier services and cannot guarantee delivery times.
5. Ownership and Risk
- Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout or left in the designated location as per your instructions.
